Yes We Are Process Geeks

Here is the latest example of the sales and marketing support that OpenView Labs provides to the portfolio. The Lead Qualification Model is one we developed for Intronis to increase the flow of qualified opportunities to its inside sales team. We’ve implemented this model at a few companies now.

What is OpenView Labs? It’s a full-time consulting team dedicated to working with our portfolio companies on delivering operational best practices through hands-on project work. Wow, that’s a mouthful!

I have blogged before about demand generation and lead management… They are favorite topics of mine because we at OpenView Venture Partners invest mainly in SaaS expansion stage software companies. And SaaS software companies tend to all have some form of inside sales. And inside sales operations require lots of lead volume. Which is why one of the core capabilities of Labs is the development of lead generation systems and the operational support to implement them.

So yeah… we may talk the talk like we’re the venture capital investors that we are… but at heart, we are process geeks. What can I say… So give us a shout if you’re looking for growth capital and operational support.
