Job Sites for Startups

While providing recruiting support to our portfolio companies, I have come across several job boards which are geared towards startups receiving venture capital financing. These job boards are not only a great way to target candidates who are specifically seeking positions within high tech startups, but are also an excellent opportunity for branding, especially for companies who are looking for investors.

We have posted positions with little success on some of the major job boards, but have had some positive results coming from the two job boards below. We plan to increase our use of these job boards this year, especially since job postings are free!
