Great Sales Methodologies for Phone Sales…..

In my career I have been privy to many different sales methodologies all of which have had something great to offer and unique in their own rites. Aclivus, Spin Selling, Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling are some that are front of mind.

The one that I recommend when offering sales and marketing support to our expansion stage portfolio companies with a high volume of phone sales is Sandler Solution Selling.

It has helped many our management teams increase the conversion rates from lead to conversation and conversation to opportunity immediately.

I like their focus on outbound prospecting and how they break down the process into very consumable steps.

I will warn you though!!! If you do not ingrain your methodology into your corporate culture from the executive level to the administrative assistant it will not work.

I would say this with any methodology you choose as well.
