Do You Want to Inspire Your Lawyers?

March 31, 2010

It is not easy to inspire your lawyers, but it is worth a try (I can say this as I am a lawyer). Watch this great short video about simplifying contracts, as this speaker (a non-lawyer) did a great job of inspiring his audience (at this year’s TED conference) and showing them that there is a better way to contract (hint: simplify, simplify, simplify).

As part of a group of venture capital advisors, I am always looking for great content for companies looking for investors; this is one of them. Try to inspire your lawyers to help you, as all expansion stage companies need to find efficient ways to contract. Your contracts are too important to leave to the lawyers!
