It’s the finals of OpenView’s Tech March Madness tournament, and only one company can come out on top. Who will take home bragging rights and be crowned the Most Customer-Centric Company in Tech? You decide, so vote now!

We started with 16 of today’s top tech companies — each with a reputation for killer customer service and a passion for customer success — and now only two remain: online retailer Zappos and learning management software company Instructure. One of these companies will be crowned the “Most Customer-Centric Company in Tech”.
