Brand Awareness Survey Invitation Examples

Over the last several weeks, I have written a series of blog entries on how to plan-out a brand awareness research project.  In this week’s post, I will share a couple brand awareness survey invitation examples to help you in designing an effective survey invitation.

 

Example 1:

Subject Line: (target respondent / target audience) Professionals Opinion Survey:  (Product / Service) 

Invitation Text:

Dear (insert name here),

 

In an effort to gain real-time insights on perceptions about (industry), (syndicated research company or organization) is conducting a research study with (target respondent / target audience).  As a (service type provider /product manufacturer) and/or business leader, your daily observations will prove very helpful with this research.

 

As a token of gratitude for participating in our research, we’re offering (incentive) to qualified participants who complete the (time commitment) questionnaire by (deadline).

 

To access the survey, simply click on the link below or cut and paste the entire URL into your browser.

Though the participation in the survey is optional and voluntary, we greatly appreciate your assistance and will keep all information you provide in strict confidence and will only use it for the purposes of this survey.

As a (service type provider /product manufacturer) and/or business leader, your daily observations will prove very helpful with this research.

 

As a token of our appreciation for participating in our research, we will provide qualified respondents with (incentive) for completing the (time commitment) questionnaire by (deadline).
