Every salesperson has had to work alongside a sales leader at some point in their careers.

They will typically differ from each other on a number of spectra, but in the end, they are all graded by one thing: effectiveness.

Chiarello notes that some of the traits aren’t intrinsic in the VPs, but instead, their employees.
