From a summary perspective, the goal of the CEO is getting the right people to do the right things right. If the CEO works toward this goal and the important people surrounding the CEO take a shared responsibility to work toward this goal, then the CEO will be a lot less lonely, the company will have much better performance, and everyone will have a lot more fun!
