A new idea rarely comes from the deep-thinking person thinking in solitude. Instead, ideas are created when they’re bounced off of others. The combined effort of everyone involved ultimately gets the results. To create ideas, you need to unite in the mind and interface with others. A lot of the most monumental developments spent years in the making, just waiting to get the right pattern of thoughts that amounted to a good idea.

Many times, people are on the brink of enlightenment. But they lack the impetus to flesh out these epiphanies. If you’re an organization looking to become innovative, your best bet is to incorporate these methodologies into your operations.
