OpenView Partners Helps its Companies Develop Business Growth Strategies

In addition to providing expansion capital to our portfolio companies, we help our companies develop business growth strategies to catapult them to the next level. As a member of the OpenView Labs team, I typically help our companies by providing sales and marketing support. Recently my team wrapped up a very successful project with one of our companies.

Today OpenView Venture Partners released its latest case study on our Lead Qualification Model and Intronis‘ success with it. In short, Intronis needs a better way to qualify prospects. In working with key members of the OpenView team, an 8 week plan to staff, execute, manage and measure the new lead qualification process was in place by mid-2009. By the end of the year, Intronis’ sales into the Managed Service Provider market increased by 200%.
