Jumpin’ Jack Persona: New Stuff to Current Customers, Part 6

October 6, 2010

Meet Jumping Jack

In this video, Luke Hohmann creates a persona by the name of Jumping Jack. Jumping Jack, as he’s described, wears a pinky ring, drives a fast car and is well-respected by his accounts – in other words, he’s a go-getter. He’s hard-working and has the ear of the customers, which in turn, means that he’s able to make sales. In this hypothetical example, Jumping Jack wants to purchase a CRM application for smartphones that is being sold by another company: your company.

Because of his interest in the CRM software for mobile devices, Jumping Jack becomes a target for additional sales. He has opened himself up for the sale of more seats, which is an easy enough sales conversion based on his desire to attain the mobile CRM software.

By taking advantage of Jumping Jack’s position as it pertains to your company’s software, you will be able to increase sales to customers you already have.
