How Can the Facilitator Ensure Success When Creating Aspirations?

February 9, 2011

This is a part of a series that was created to help you define what you aspire to be as a company. This series will walk through the process, necessary roles, in addition to guides for each role to define your aspirations quickly.

The facilitator plays an important role when it comes to developing company aspirations.

The Facilitator should ensure that the following items are checked off:

  • The room, flipcharts, pens, post-it notes, index cards, and other resources are all set for a productive day.
  • I understand the material and know what we are trying to accomplish during the day.
  • The team has had a thorough conversation and has clear ideas about their aspirations.
  • Each of the members of the team is fully committed and aligned with the CEO/executive team checklist.

Next week, I’ll post the checklist for administrator.
