This week we hosted a two-day event bringing together top industry experts & practitioners to discuss one of the biggest priorities in SaaS.
Attendees included over 30 SaaS companies as well as leading consultants and vendors in the Customer Success space — all eager to share best practices and war stories via a number of interactive sessions (see full agenda here).
